We do not publish an email address. That is a decision rather than an oversight — a single inbox read by a single person is a promise that quietly stops being kept, and a form that lands in a queue is one that does not. This reaches a person either way, and you do not need an account to use it.

What happens to it

It goes into a queue that one person works through. Because there is no support inbox there is also no reply email: the answer arrives as a change in the product, a change on your account, or a note the next time you sign in. If something is urgent, say so in the message and it is looked at first.

If you posted on Reddit or X

You do not need this form to be removed. Delete everything we hold about a Reddit or X account — one field, no account, and it happens in that request rather than being queued. Use this page for anything that form does not cover, including a copy of what we hold or an objection to the processing.

Who you are writing to
