By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is.

What the service is

Prequalified reads a website you nominate, builds searches from it, finds public posts on Reddit and X that match, scores them, and writes reply drafts. It does not post, send, message or publish anything on your behalf, on any platform, ever. Everything it produces is a draft that you choose to use or not.

What you are responsible for

Anything you post. A draft is a suggestion, and you are the one hitting submit — so you are responsible for whether a reply is accurate, whether it complies with the rules of the community you are posting it in, and whether it complies with the law. Read a draft before you use it. We surface a subreddit’s self-promotion rules alongside the reply for exactly this reason, but the judgement is yours.

You are also responsible for having the right to nominate the website you submit for analysis.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prequalified to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, to promote anything illegal, or to generate volume spam. Do not try to circumvent the usage limits on your account. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Availability, and the fact that this is early

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime, of results, or of a particular number of leads. How much it finds depends heavily on whether your customers discuss their problems in public, and for some businesses the honest answer is very little. Features may change or be removed.

Cost, billing and cancellation

Every new account gets its first ten leads free, once, with no card. After that, continuing to receive leads requires a paid plan, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You are never charged without completing a checkout yourself, and an account that has not subscribed cannot be charged at all. Prices are shown before you pay and on the Billing page in your settings.

A subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, linked in your settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for rather than stopping immediately, and is not renewed. We do not refund part-months by default, but if the product did not do what this site says it does, tell us and we will sort it out.

If a payment fails we will keep your plan running for a short grace period rather than cutting you off the same hour, and email you. After that scanning pauses until payment resumes. Nothing is deleted — your leads, drafts and settings stay where they are.

Every plan includes the search and model usage the product needs, on our accounts — the price is the whole price and nothing is metered. Each plan carries monthly ceilings, stated on the plan, so that one account cannot run up an unbounded bill on our providers. If we change a price we will say so clearly before it applies to you, and you will not be charged for anything without agreeing to it first.

Third parties

Prequalified reads public content from Reddit and X through a third-party scraping service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc. or X Corp. Those platforms’ own terms govern what you may do with an account there, and nothing here overrides them.

The people in your leads

A lead is a real person who wrote something in public and has no idea this product exists. They can ask us to delete everything we hold about them, from a form on this site, without an account and without proving who they are — and when they do, the leads and drafts built from their posts are deleted from your workspace too. We will not ask you first and we will not refuse on your behalf. It is their data before it is your lead.

Separately, posts that never became a lead are deleted after thirty days, and leads are deleted after twelve months. The privacy page sets out both, and if you need a lead to outlive that, copy it somewhere of your own.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. That removes your data as described in the privacy page. We may close an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Prequalified is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including anything that follows from a reply you chose to post.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Denmark, and disputes go to the courts of Denmark. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, nothing here takes away the protections your own country’s law gives you, or your right to bring a claim where you live — those cannot be signed away and we are not trying to.

Who you are contracting with

Prequalified is a product of Cupid Solutions (CVR 43973746), a company registered in Denmark, and these terms are between you and that company.

We publish no support address on purpose — one inbox read by one person is a promise that quietly stops being kept — so everything goes through the contact form, which reaches a queue a human works through. If you have an account, the Support tab inside the app does the same thing and already knows who you are.
